Direct from the brand's Korean warehouse via DHL eCommerce or FedEx International Priority. Yumebana is the importer of record on the Southeast Asian side — customs + VAT included in your quote. No paperwork, no surprise fees.
You pay into Stripe Connect escrow when you place the order. Funds stay there until your goods arrive and you mark received in-platform. 7-day window to flag any defective items.
